Nationwide
Shipping: Many of our competitors say “Free
Shipping”, but then charge a “Handling Fee” instead. At
Poolandspa.com, Shipping & Handling is absolutely FREE on all
orders over $150.00 (unless otherwise specified due to an oversize or overweight item).
Our UPS Shipping charge on all orders under
$150.00 is only $9.95. No extra handling fees at all !
Your actual
shipping charges will be calculated and displayed when you
checkout. If we are shipping to an address in Alaska, Hawaii,
Virgin Islands, APO or Puerto Rico, there may be
an additional charge to ship to these areas. (see below). Most in-stock items are shipped out
with 48 hours and delivered within 7
business days via UPS, FED-EX, US MAIL OR COMMON CARRIER TRUCK.
Please note,
"Business days" are Monday -Friday. We
do not ship anything on the weekends.
Some larger items cannot be shipped via UPS
and may require Common Carrier trucker delivery. You will be
advised of this situation via phone or email after ordering such an item. We offer a
trucking delivery service for a nominal fee.
If you order such an item, please allow an extra 1-2 weeks
for delivery.
Shipping to PO Boxes: We do not
ship to PO Boxes unless you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin
Islands, APO or Puerto
Rico.
Please provide a street address for all orders shipping within
the 48 Contiguous United States.
Shipping To
Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, APO's and Puerto Rico:
We ship via PRIORITY US MAIL to these areas and you
will be notified if there are additional shipping charges, in advance
of us shipping out your order (for you to approve).
Expedited Shipping: Due to the fact that we often
ship our orders from multiple warehouses throughout the country,
at this time we do not
offer any type of "Expedited Shipping". We ship
"Best Way" depending on where you live and what you are ordering via UPS ground, Federal Express, Freight
Lines or
US Priority Mail. Most delivery services take between 7-10 days to
deliver, depending on where you live. Special Order or Backorder
items will obviously take longer.
All in stock orders will be delivered in a maximum time of
7-14 Business days.
Additional Shipping:
There are certain items that may require additional shipping
fees due to their size and weight, and the address to which they
will be delivered. If the item you have purchased will
incur additional delivery fees not listed on our web site, we
will contact you by phone or email and inform you of any
additional charges before the item ships (for you to approve).
Clearance Items: From time to time, we offer clearance
products at a reduced price. There is normally limited stock on
these items and they do sell out fast. These discounted
items are sold on a first come, first served basis. If you
order a clearance product and we run out of stock on it at the
reduced price, we will contact you via phone or email and offer
you the chance to purchase the item, as new, at the regular
price (provided that we are still able to get the item).
At that point, you can decide whether or not to purchase the new
item or cancel the order. Clearance items are not returnable for
any reason and all sales are final. Terms: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
Check or Money Order accepted. All
products come complete with manufacturer's warranty. 30 day
money back guarantee on all items, less any shipping charges or
restock fees. Special order items, Spa covers, Clearance
Items and
Electrical parts may not be returned unless defective. Most
in stock items are shipped out and delivered within
7-14 business days via UPS or FED-EX . A 7.75% Sales Tax will be added to orders
delivered to Nevada State addresses. Returns / Credits:
If you cancel an order, or return an item, you will promptly
receive a credit to your charge card within 30 days, less any
shipping or re-stock fees, where applicable. General

lost or misdirected shipments (after they leave our facilities)
due to UPS, Fed-Ex or Common Carrier shipping error. We will do
everything within reason to help you resolve this uncommon
